Technologies in Individual Assessment and Planning

IgniteRF/QuantumRF, CO₂ laser, nanofat and LipoCube are resources that may be considered within an individualized clinical assessment and treatment plan—not substitutes for consultation, examination or medical judgment.

Technology is not an end in itself. It is a resource that only makes sense when there is a clear indication and a responsible care plan.

Each resource is presented through its clinical context, limitations and the conversation required before any decision.

Associated technologies

A device or processing method does not independently determine whether a treatment is appropriate. The decision considers anatomy, symptoms or goals, skin quality, fat distribution, clinical conditions, examinations, surgical risk, care environment, team and technique. The role and indication of each resource must be reviewed within the individual plan and applicable regulation.

Liposuction removes localized fat deposits from selected areas; it does not replace healthy habits or treat obesity.[1] Skin quality and elasticity influence the contour response, and excess skin may call for another strategy.[2]

Complementary resources

IgniteRF brings together radiofrequency technologies for soft-tissue procedures. QuantumRF 10 is a cannula of the IgniteRF platform; the platform is described for minimally invasive soft-tissue procedures in which soft-tissue contraction may be considered.[3] The choice depends on anatomy and the technical plane discussed during consultation.

Indication and availability are not presumed. They must be checked against the patient’s plan, Brazilian regulation and the medical review of Dr. Antônio Teixeira. It should not be presented as proof of predictable tightening, individual safety or a defined recovery.

Technology and care

CO₂ laser may be included as a technical resource in protocols involving Dermatology and in confirmed contexts such as nymphoplasty, subject to individual assessment. A genital procedure requires discussion of anatomy, symptoms or discomforts, healing risks, changes in sensitivity, asymmetry, pain, infection, expectations and follow-up.[4]

The tool does not establish a diagnosis or make anatomical variation a disease. Literature on non-surgical vaginal therapy cannot automatically be applied to nymphoplasty, because indications are not interchangeable.[5] The equipment, responsible professional, indication and availability require review.

Overview

Nanofat refers here to the processing of autologous lipoaspirate into a preparation discussed in plastic-surgery practice and research. Its use, purpose and suitability depend on the clinical objective, the anatomy, the proposed procedure and the medical plan. The available material does not support promises of regeneration, duration, projection or a benefit in gluteal remodeling.[6]

Autologous tissue does not eliminate risk. Gluteal grafting requires appropriate selection, training, care environment, technique and safety measures.[7]

Technical resources

LipoCube Nano is described by its manufacturer as a single-use mechanical device for processing autologous lipoaspirate into microfat and nanofat.[8] It is a processing resource within a plan that includes this type of preparation. It does not prove an individual result, replace assessment or resolve regulatory questions.

Technology assessment

None of these resources reduces risk by itself, substitutes for consultation or examination, dispenses with preoperative tests, defines a result or defines in advance recovery. They do not justify claims of less pain, superior precision, predictable skin tightening, shorter recovery, regeneration, lasting projection or a specific gluteal benefit. They do not make an unsuitable procedure appropriate. The decision remains a conversation about possibilities, limits and risk.

Frequently asked questions

Does a device determine which procedure I should have?

No. The indication follows an individualized assessment and plan, not the presence of a brand or device.

Is QuantumRF 10 available for every patient?

Not necessarily. Its indication and availability depend on the individual plan, anatomy, medical review and applicable regulation.

Does CO₂ laser mean less pain or a defined recovery?

No such conclusion is established here. Pain, healing and follow-up depend on the procedure and individual context.

Can nanofat define regeneration or lasting projection?

No. The authorized evidence does not support promises of regeneration, duration, projection or a specific benefit.

can the result of fat processing or grafting?

No. It is a mechanical, single-use processing device; it does not define an individual clinical result in advance or eliminate grafting risks.

What is Lipocube and where can it fit into surgical planning?

Lipocube Nano is a single-use mechanical device described for processing autologous lipoaspirate into microfat and nanofat. It is a processing resource—not a promise of regeneration, projection, duration, or a defined clinical result. Its use, indication, and regulatory context must be assessed individually.
